Launching this autumn our tasting menu is the perfect way to sample charcuterie and wines from around the world this coming festive season be it a corporate or private occasion. We are constantly curating our menus by sourcing fresh seasonal produce from small artisanal businesses and menus can vary depending on availability from our local enterprises. Our wine menu offers a range of sustainable wines with varying grape varieties from different wine regions across the globe perfectly pairing wine with charcuterie.
Our charcuterie and wine tasting menu package includes half a bottle of still or sparkling wine per person, charcuterie, menus, paper napkins, champagne buckets and glassware if required. Each grape variety and accompanying grazing platter is displayed at a separate tasting station giving your guests the flexibility to explore the different tastes.
Our sample charcuterie menu includes a selection of Italian salami, Italian prosciutto, Spanish Bellota chorizo, Spanish Jamon Hams, French saucisson, award winning Spanish Manchego, Italian pecorino cheese, sourdough crackers, focaccia or sourdough bread, sun dried tomatoes, char grilled peppers, char grilled aubergines, artichokes, Mediterranean olives., dried fruits, nuts and fresh seasonal fruit. All charcuterie is displayed in our biodegradable white low boxes and finished off with our signature gerbera flowers. Paper napkins are included.
The Pink Elephant is proud to work alongside Bancroft Wines who firmly believe their commitment and respect for the environment is reflected in the wines they sell. Bancroft seek out producers who farm organically and take a holistic approach to sustainability. From their portfolio, more than a quarter of their 190 producers are either certified organic or biodynamic and 90% are these small, family-owned producers who live and work on their farms.
Our current wine tasting menu which can be found below includes a selection of 3 different sparkling wines, white wines, rose wines & red wines. We also include 2 bottles of non-alcoholic sparkling & still wines. Wine booklets outlining the stories behind each wine will be displayed at your event.
Complimentary wine glass hire is included when purchasing wines alongside any of our event styling packages, please refer to our Terms & Conditions included on our website in relation to responsible drinking.
