BEFORE YOUR wedding

Consultation Each wedding package booking includes two in-person consultations, as well as unlimited virtual appointments with Ian and his team to plan your special day. While we can provide an all-inclusive wedding experience, we are happy to tailor our services to suit the unique style of your celebration.

A Pink Elephant hamper and wine tasting As a welcome gift to The Pink Elephant experience, you’ll receive a complimentary hamper of food products paired with a selection of delicious wines. This, along with our exclusive merchandise, will be delivered to you once your wedding booking is confirmed.

CRAFT YOUR BIG DAY

Canapés & Drinks Upon arrival, all guests will be welcomed with a selection of beautifully styled canapés sourced from our trusted small business community. A carefully curated drinks menu will include alcoholic and alcohol-free beers, cocktails, and sustainable sparkling and still wines.

Cocktails & Beers Elevate your drinks station with a variety of beers from Hertfordshire’s Mad Squirrel Brewery - offered in cans and on tap - and handcrafted cocktails tailored to your occasion. We also present a frozen cocktail experience from Bubba Ice, alongside cocktail creations by Mixtons & Mix and Match, with non-alcoholic options available.

Complimentary wines Our wedding package offers a hiring of our silver ice buckets, ice, glassware. Our sparkling & still wine list can be selected from the menu on Our Wines page.

Table styling Table Styling Set the stage with rectangular 10-seater tables, chairs, tablecloths, and our exclusive napkins. Each place setting features crockery, cutlery, glassware, personalised stationery, and a wedding favour of your choice. Floral arrangements for display tables are also included.

Bespoke styled platters Eye-catching and mouth-watering, our famous grazing platters will serve as the centrepiece for all our tables. Our signature grazing platters serve as stunning table centrepieces, styled in chic maple wooden trays and featuring a curated selection of our finest products. We always work with our clients to curate a menu that is both bespoke and delicious. 

Dessert grazing platters Choose from our platter design library and have us style a delectable dessert display for your guests. Our dessert grazing platters include tea and coffee and feature a selection of sweet products from our community of small businesses. 

Wedding Cake Your dream wedding cake will be hand-crafted by the talented Made by Adele. Known for her unique designs and exceptional flavours, Adele offers a tasting box delivered to your door and a consultation video call to ensure your cake is exactly as you envision it.

Wedding and Event Styling

Bespoke luxury flower bouquet Choose bespoke luxury flower bouquets expertly arranged by one of our fantastic small business florists, photograph accredited to SWBlooms. We will work with you and our florist or a florist of your choice to ensure that all your floral visions are ready for your wedding day.

Balloon Styling Request fabulous balloon decor to best suit the style of your wedding. Working alongside our talented balloon artist Laura, we will create a bespoke display that will dazzle your guests.

Music We are proud to offer a selection of musical packages to accompany your wedding day ceremony and/or reception. Our well-thought-out music packages will take you on a musical journey from jazz and classical quartets to soloists and vocal pianists.

Entertainment Elevate your event and choose from a selection of entertainment experiences from our network of talented independent entertainers. Experts in their fields, our performers range from dancers to acrobats.

Stationery Designed by our in-house graphic design team, select from a range of customisable wedding stationery templates. Options include menus, name tags, invitations, table plans, and thank-you cards, all designed to complement your event’s style.

Bar staff, waiting staff and event stylists can be present on your wedding day to ensure a smooth and unforgettable experience. The Pink Elephant team will be present at your venue until an agreed upon time.

Given the nature of our grazing platter menus, please note that menus may vary slightly for each event given that we strive to provide fresh, local and seasonal produce. All bookings require a written confirmation if any allergies are applicable to allow us sufficient time to meet your dietary requirements. Please click here for our Dietary and Allergen Information.

A standard 12.5% service charge will apply to the total charge for all bespoke wedding package bookings. Please also note that our cost per person is VAT inclusive and, for weddings outside the London M25, there will be additional charges applicable as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Including a selection of luxury fine cheeses, Spanish Bellota Chorizo, Italian Prosciutto & Salamis, spinach & feta filo pastries, roasted vegetable & goats cheese filo quiches, mixed selection of gourmet salads, stuffed peppadews, sundried tomatoes, grilled artichokes, aubergines, grilled mixed peppers, mixed Greek & Italian olives, artisan breads, focaccia breads, bread sticks, sourdough crackers, fresh locally sourced seasonal fruits, figs, Malawian macadamia nuts, dried fruits, fresh crudites, red hot chilli relish, caramelised onion chutney and a selection of homemade hummus dips.
