Made By Adele is thriving award winning luxury cake small business designed to make every celebration sweeter! Lead by taste and finished with flair - each cake is delicious, beautiful and unique. Adele won four awards at the Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Awards 2024 with her banana, miso caramel & roasted peanut cake not only winning 3 stars, but also being nominated for a Golden Fork for England.
Adele’s love for pastry stemmed from her younger years of baking with her mother. This propelled Adele into the food industry where she spent over 15 years working in food development for some of the UK’s most recognised retailers and restaurants. Having been trained by a Michelin star chef, Adele acquired a CTH Diploma in Culinary Arts and an Advanced Level 4 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate.
Her love for creating food for other people encouraged Adele to start her own business in 2020, Made by Adele, which operates from her registered micro bakery in Hampton, Surrey.
