Canapés & Drinks 

Upon arrival, all guests will be welcomed in true Pink Elephant style with a selection of 3 canapés sourced from our community of small businesses and styled by our team. There will also be a glass of South African Cap Classique sparkling wine or alcohol-free cocktails included per guest.

Complimentary Sustainable wines

Our corporate package includes the hiring of our silver ice buckets, ice and half a bottle of still or sparkling wine per person. Our still or sparkling wine list can be selected from the menu on Our Wines page. Non-Alcoholic cocktails & wines are available upon request.

Bespoke styled platters

Eye-catching and mouth-watering, our famous grazing platters will serve as the centrepiece for all our tables. Styled and displayed in our chic maple wooden trays, the grazing platters will feature a selection of our finest products outlined in the grazing platter menu below. We always work with our clients to curate a menu that is both bespoke and delicious. Choose from our platter design library and have us style a delectable dessert display for your guests as an additional add on.

On-site event stylists and staff

Bar staff, waiting staff and event stylists will all be present at your corporate event to ensure we offer you a smooth and unforgettable experience. The Pink Elephant team will be present at your venue until an agreed upon time.

Table styling 

Hire our rectangular 10-seater tables, chairs, tablecloths and our very own napkins. Each place setting would include crockery, cutlery, napkins, glassware and  personalised stationery.

Beers & Cocktails

Liven up your drinks station by choosing from a wide selection of beers in cans and on tap from the Mad Squirrel Brewery based in Hertfordshire. We also offer a range of deliciously crafted cocktails tailored to suit any special occasion and proud to bring to you an unforgettable frozen cocktail experience from Bubba Ice and cocktail extravaganza from Mixtons. We have a selection of non-alcoholic options available from Citizen Spritz & Highball.

Music

We are proud to offer a selection of musical packages to accompany your corporate event. Our well-thought-out music packages will take you on a musical journey from jazz and classical quartets to soloists and vocal pianists.

Bespoke luxury flower bouquet

Choose bespoke luxury flower bouquets expertly arranged by one of our fantastic small business florists. We will work with you and our florist, or a florist of your choice, to ensure that all your floral visions are ready for your corporate event.

Every corporate package booking includes an in-person central London-based or a virtual consultation appointment, with Ian and/or his team to plan your event. The venue hire is not included in The Pink’s Corporate Experience. However, we are more than happy to work with your venue of choice regarding any requirements prior to your corporate event. Whilst our corporate package is all-inclusive, we are happy to discuss tailoring this to best accommodate the style of your event.

Given the nature of our grazing platter menus, please note that menus may vary slightly for each event given that we strive to provide fresh, local and seasonal produce. All bookings require a written confirmation if any allergies are applicable to allow us sufficient time to meet your dietary requirements. Please click here for our Dietary and Allergen Information.

All optional add-ons mentioned above will be at an additional charge. A standard 12.5% service charge will apply to the total charge for all corporate package bookings. Please also note that our cost per person is VAT inclusive and, for corporate events outside the London M25, there will be additional charges applicable as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
